Q: How can I pay for my review fee?
A: We have 6 payment options.
- 1st option: DIRECT DEPOSIT
- Simply walk into any of the following bank branches (UnionBank, BDO, BPI) and fill out a deposit slip with our bank account information. Please keep your deposit slip.
- 2nd option: BANK TO BANK TRANSFER
- Please go to your bank with our bank account information including bank address and the swift code. Your bank can help you make the transaction. Most banks have additional charges for this service and you will be responsible for paying that in addition to the cost of the course. Please keep your deposit slip.
- 3rd option: ACCOUNT TRANSFER
- If you hold a bank account on any of our three banks (UnionBank, BDO, BPI), you can transfer funds from your account to our bank account. You will need our bank account information for that bank. Your bank can help you make the transaction. Please keep your deposit slip.
- 4th Option: ATM DEPOSIT
- To submit payment by ATM DEPOSIT, please go to a designated Depository ATM of UnionBank, BDO and BPI. (Remember that not all ATMs have this ability). Follow the instructions the ATM provides for deposit into our bank account. Please note that the receipt that you receive from the ATM will have to be validated by NELC contacting the depository bank. Please keep your deposit slip.
- 5th Option: GCash or SmartMoney
GCash
- You can send GCash from your Globe mobile phone number to NELC's Globe number.
- OR you can send GCash over the counter at any Globe Customer Service Center

SmartMoney
- We are finalizing a payment method using SMART Money. Once we have that payment method finalized we will post that information as another way for our clients to pay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- 6th Option: PayPal
When you click the PayPal button, it will link you to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, just log in and make the payment transaction. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, kindly register using these three simple steps:
- Click 'Sign Up' when you go to paypal.com.sg, and choose your account type. There are three types of account - choose one that suits you best.
- Personal: For individuals who shop and pay online
- Premier: For individuals who sells and wants to get paid online
- Business: For merchants who operate under a company/group name
- Enter your account information securely and then either choose your payment method or link and confirm your credit card.
- For Personal account, choose your payment method. Choose credit card, bank account or debit card to use with your PayPal account. We recommend credit card as it automatically raises the preset limit for sending payments from your PayPal account.
- For Premier/Business account, link and confirm your credit card. We recommend that you add and confirm your credit card at sign-up - this gives additional security and increases the preset sending and withdrawal limits on your PayPal account.
- Confirm your email address to activate your account.
